DO SOMETHING NICE FOR OTHERS. 

Positively do something nice for somebody else.Yep,being nice can help us feel nicer.Small actions holding the door for the person behind you,sending a quick love text to a partner or friend,or donating money to a favourite charity.

Be a hero:Notice and help someone around you.You'll feel good from your inside.Help someone who is truly in need of your assistance.
