CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES WHENEVER YOU GOT CHANCE:

Look at happy pictures or spend a minute or so
thinking back on positive memories because nostalgia can trigger happiness.

Call an upbeat friend:If you want to be happy,
spend time around calm,happy people.
Well,we can't force ourselves into a good mood,but the good news is no mood sticks forever.If a foul mood lasts for two or more weeks,it might be a sign of depression.
